Welcome to the Borgo La Casaccia.
Here is a little reminder about the characteristics of the place and surroundings:
RECEPTION: The owner and manager is Mr. Francesco Pellegrini (cell phone for emergencies: + 39 328 / 138 7559 - WhatsApp: +390571697878).
At reception desk, or in the areas of the Village Francesco will be at your disposal for any information and questions.
WASHING MACHINE: There’s a washing machine available to guests .Ask at the reception for the coins (3 Euros per coin) . Please do not wash the blankets. For drying the clothes you can use the drying racks that you find in every apartments (ask at the reception if You don’t find them). Please drying the clothes in your private space of the apartment or in the common areas (floors)
Please note that the soap is included.
CHECK IN/OUT: The apartment will be available from 16h00. The check out must be done before 10h00. You can enjoy the garden and the swimming pools for all the day-long, and You can use the bathroom in the swimming pool area (in the laundry room)
SWIMMING POOLS: Borgo La Casaccia has two swimming pools. Opening time: 09h00 - 19h00.
Outside of these hours it is strictly forbidden to swim in the pool. The Solarium is available instead.
The pools are not supervised and there isn’t the presence of a lifeguard. We therefore recommend extreme caution.
Before entering the pool is required to take a shower.
Children under 14 years must be accompanied
It’s forbidden to dive.
GARDEN: Borgo La Casaccia is surrounded by a garden of 4600 sqm. In the garden there are tables, chairs, loungers and umbrellas available for guests until exhaustion. The seats are not assigned.
Routine maintenance of the garden (grass cutting) is done once a week. The management will minimize the disturb.
Please keep the garden in good condition, collecting any waste (bags, cigarettes, bottles, etc. ..) and using the trash boxes located next to the reception.
Inside the garden there are some herbs (sage, rosemary, etc.).. We inform our customers that are part of a variety not eatable. So please do not pick them up.
PLAYGROUND AREA: In the garden there is a play area for children. Remember that the games are suitable for children aged 0-8 years and it is strictly prohibited the use of games by unaccompanied children.
BARBECUES: Barbecues are at the disposal of the guests. Ask at the reception to reserve them. (Charcoil and firestarter are included)
TENNIS TABLE: You will find a Tennis Table in the Garden. It is forbidden to play between before 10h00, between 13h00 – 15h00 and After 20h00. So we can assure the silence to the ones that want to relax themselves
GARBAGE: Please make every effort to keep clean the apartments of the Village. You can throw your garbage bags in the trash boxes located next to the reception. Pls, pay a lot of attention to the Separate Collection!
Please pay particular attention to the cleaning of cooking surfaces.
Dishcloths and sponges are included but not the cleaning products, for which provision should be made independently.
