Beautiful location, typical Tuscan countryside. The hosts are fantastic people! They are very helpful, I really liked them. When it turned out that the access road was being paved on the day of our check-out, they offered an extra night for free.

The view from the property is beautiful, lovely pool and grass area to sit and enjoy the Tuscan scenery. Great base for day trips to Siena, Florence and visiting local wineries.

This was everything we dreamed of! The views were spectacular, the rooms as cute as can be, comfy beds, AMAZING staff who could not have been more helpful and kind - it truly felt like staying at a friends house rather than a hotel. We will absolutely be back!

The apartment was perfect for our family, especially with the table football, ping-pong table, and other great activities that kept both kids and adults entertained. The view was absolutely amazing, truly a highlight of our stay. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for preparing meals, which made our stay even more comfortable. The hosts were extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this place to other families.

Beautiful, tranquil setting
Our accommodation was great, hosts were wonderful and super helpful. Easy to find and access. Room was very clean. The grounds were very well kept.

Property is an older hose from 1875 approx and has maintained that historical vibe. It is well positioned and all places to visit (Pissa, San Gimignano, Sienna, Firenze,etc.) are at up to 1h drive. Apartments are spacious and, garden is well maintained with beautiful view. Sunset is magical. Swimming pool is beautiful and well maintained. It has 3 pools so all from small kids to adults can enjoy. Pool area is cleaned every evening and morning. Hosts were amazing, easy to talk to and very helpful with accommodation questions and nearby suggestions.

You and your family will have a wonderful stay at this beautiful spot in the middle of nature. Francesco and Jenny answered all my questions promptly before our trip and made sure every detail was attended to during our stay. Jenny knows everything about the area and gladly shares her knowledge. The pools were lovely, the grounds were beautiful and furnished with abundant amenities. Francesco provided a grill and fuel for guests who wanted to BBQ. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped to prepare simple meals (the knives were even sharp!). It was great to be close to town for groceries and restaurants. We even had a pizza delivered one night! We highly recommend Borgo for a peaceful stay in the Tuscan countryside and visiting places like Volterra, Siena, San Gimignano and the fun thermal spas in Tuscany.

Second time here. Hospitality is excellent. Rooms are clean and roomy. The location is tucked away from larger cities but that is what we want. It still within an hour drive. Lovely Montaione is a great town. And possibly the best sunsets in all of Italy !!

The softest bed and pillows ever! Close (30-45 min drive) to a lot of pretty Tuscany towns. Our kids really enjoyed the pool and outdoor play area.

Great place for a real Tuscan family vacation! The authentic and charming village has great restaurants and a nice place to get ice cream or coffee. Excellent swimming pool, great views and charming apartments. Also great trails in nature nearby starting from the apartment which is nice if you want to stay active during your holiday.

Cannot really fault this place. Had everything we needed, great location in rural setting with great views. The owners are just the nicest people and could not be more accommodating. Designated areas around the pools is a great idea too. Would not hesitate to come back.

Loved the outdoor area and assigned pool location, the amenities are fabulous, wine store, coffee, snacks readily available. It is exactly what I expected a farm house, rustic, beautiful and well appointed. The staff, particularly Jennifer were excellent, so helpful and genuine, I can't talk highly enough about them. Would definitely stay again.

As a family of 5 it ticked every box. We loved the property so much we were sad to leave. Everything is really thought out. From what’s in the room to the pool you’ll feel very relaxed. Thanks for having us kids are missing the pool already

Amazing service in a beautiful setting. Lovely to be greeted by a lovely handwritten note and bottle of local wine. That was a very nice touch and a warm welcome. The only thing that didn’t go our way was the weather which unfortunately no one has control over. We would’ve loved to make use of the beautiful pool, however service and accommodations was top-notch.

Great communication and welcome from the owners. Well maintained venue and location.
Location is good, close to the town with shops and restaurants, plus the site is beautiful, with plenty of space and great pool/communal spaces, including games for the kids. Our accommodation was small but perfectly formed, with good kitchen facilities and comfortable beds. Pool towels, snacks, breakfast bundles and a decent wine cellar on offer.

We loved everything about our stay here. We were very pleasantly greeted by Mikaela and Francesco the hosts and made to feel most welcome. The property, facilities and surroundings are beautiful and the location was great, within a short drive to the local town and an hour away from Florence. We had a fabulous stay as a family of six, two adults four children and we hope to return soon.
