Absolutely. We have two pools: a large one (20x10 m) and a smaller one (10x5 m) with reduced depth (from 50 cm to 1 m), designed specifically with children’s safety in mind. The pools are not supervised by a lifeguard, so parental supervision is required.

Yes. Every apartmentat Borgo La Casaccia has independent air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort evenduring the hottest summer days. In addition, all windows are fitted with professional mosquito screens, so you can enjoy the cool evening hill breeze without being bothered by insects. Also, since 2023 we’ve implemented a “Free Zanz” system that surrounds the property with a protected “ring,” reducing mosquitoes by about 90%!

Yes. We have an on-site charging station with 7 kW power, capable of charging two cars at the same time. It’s ideal for guests traveling from Northern Europe who want to conveniently recharge overnight and explore Tuscany during the day.

We don’t have an on-site restaurant, but we offer an exclusive “Breakfast Box.” You can order fresh bakery items (croissants, focaccia, bread), cold cuts and more, delivered directly to the property. Within just 2 km you’ll also find more than 6 excellent restaurants in Montaione, 1 supermarket, and 3 cafés/bars. Please also note that every apartment has a fully equipped kitchen.

To match our international guests’ habits, every kitchen is equipped with both a classic Italian Moka pot and a capsule coffee machine (Lavazza A Modo Mio). You’ll find a welcome set of capsules upon arrival; extra capsules can be purchased at reception or in nearby supermarkets.

Yes. Borgo La Casaccia has a shared laundry area with a coin-operated washing machine and dryer, available from 09:00 to 19:00. Detergent is included, so youdon’tneed to buy it for just a few loads.

We care a lot about the environment. You’ll find separate bins inside your apartment for sorting waste. You can then dispose of it in the dedicated containers located behind the reception. Upon arrival, we’ll provide a simple guide to help you follow local recycling rules without stress.

The property is easy to reach. The last short stretch is a typical Tuscan “white road” (unpaved), but it’s well maintained and suitable for anytype of vehicle, including low or sports cars. The borgo is immersed in the countryside, yet only 800 meters from the paved road network. In any case, this section of road is expected to be paved in 2026.

Montaione’s historic center is just 800 meters away (10–12 minutes on foot). There you’ll find banks, pharmacies, restaurants, grocery shops, and more. About 1 km away there is a large supermarket (Coop), ideal for a family’s weekly grocery shopping.

Yes. We’re happy to welcome little ones. On request, we can prepare your apartment with travel cots (with sides) and high chairs. We recommend requesting the mat the time of booking so they’re ready for you upon arrival.

Bed linen and bathroom towel sets are always included and professionally sanitized. Pool towels are not included as standard, but they can be conveniently rented at reception to save space in your luggage.

The tourist tax in the Municipality of Montaione is generally around € 1.50 per person per day (for guests over 14 years old) for the first days of the stay. It can be paid conveniently in cash or by card at check-out.

Thanks to our central location, you can reach Florence in about 60 minutes, Siena in 55 minutes, and Pisa in 50 minutes. We often suggest taking the train from the nearby Castelfiorentino station (10 km) to visit Florence’s city center without traffic or parking hassle.
